WABA provides an interface and panel that enables you to use Meta's WhatsApp Business API service. We do not store, process, or view your WhatsApp messages. All messaging data is processed directly on Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure.

WhatsApp messages you send and your customer data are governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Privacy Policy. These data are processed by Meta, not by us.

We only collect the following information:

Demo Request Form

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name (optional)
• Your message (optional)

Website Usage

• IP address (for security purposes)
• Browser type and version
• Page view information

Note: Features you use after logging into the panel/platform (user management, messaging, reports, etc.) are processed via API connection on Meta's infrastructure. We do not store this data.

• Demo Requests: To show you the product demo and get in touch with you
• Support: To answer your questions and provide technical support
• Security: To ensure website security
• Communication: For service updates and important announcements (with your permission)

We do not share the information we collect with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Meta/WhatsApp: For WhatsApp Business API connection when using our platform (Meta's policies apply)

• Service Providers: Companies providing email delivery and hosting services (only necessary information)
